CDFOM – Certified Data Centre Facilities Operations Manager
Intended Audience:
The primary audience for this course are IT professionals who work, or aspire to work, in a leadership role in data centre operations such as a data centre facilities manager, data centre operations manager, who has the responsibility to achieve and improve the high-availability and manageability of the data centre operations.
Exam:
Attendees will take a one and a half hour Certified Data Centre Facilities Operations Manager exam. The exam is 60 questions, closed book and multiple-choice based. The passing mark is 45 out of 60. Attendees passing the exam will be awarded the internationally accredited and recognized ‘Certified Data Centre Facilities Operations Manager’ certificate (CDFOM).
The CDFOM certificate is valid for 3 years, after which recertification is required. Please see the EPI Recertification Program for available options.

CDCP – Certified Data Centre Professional
Intended Audience:
The primary audience for this CDCP training course is an IT, Facilities or Data Centre Operations professional working in and around the data centre (representing both end-customers and/or service provider/facilitators) and having responsibility to achieve and improve hi-availability and manageability of the Data Centre, such as: Data centre managers, Operations / Floor / Facility managers, data centre engineers, network/system engineers/data centre sales/consultants.
Exam:
Attendees will take a 1 hour CDCP exam. The exam is 40 questions, closed book and multiple-choice based. The passing mark is 27 out of 40. Attendees passing the exam will be awarded the internationally accredited and recognized ‘Certified Data Centre Professional’ certificate (CDCP).

CDCS – Certified Data Centre Specialist

CDCE – Certified Data Centre Expert
Intended Audience:
The primary audience for this course is any IT, facilities or data centre professional, who are involved in the design/build, renovation or relocation of a mission-critical data centre.
Exam:
The CDCE exam is in two parts: Part A is a 90-minute closed book exam, with 60 multiple-choice questions. For Part A, the candidate requires a minimum of 45 correct answers to pass the exam. Part B is a 90-minute closed book exam, with 25 open questions. For Part B the candidate needs to obtain a minimum of 75% to pass.
Attendees who pass the exam will be awarded the internationally accredited and recognised ‘Certified Data Centre Expert’ certificate (CDCE).
The CDCE certificate is valid for 3 years, after which recertification is required. Please see the EPI Recertification Program for available options.

CDMS – Certified Data Migration Specialist
Intended Audience:
The primary audience is an IT, Facilities or Data Centre Operations professional working in and around the data Centre (representing both end-customers and/or service provider/ facilitators) and having to deal with Data Centre Migration Projects and/or Data Centre Strategies, such as: Project Managers, Data Centre managers, Operations/ Floor /Facility managers, IT managers, Network/System Engineers, Data Centre Sales/Consultants, Logistic Managers.
Exam:
Certification exam papers can be taken in paper based format at the end of the last day of the course, or online via an authorised training partner, depending on the country in which the course is delivered. The exam is a one hour, 40 questions, multiple choice and closed book exam. The attendee need to have 27 out of 40 questions correct in order to pass the exam.
The CDMS certificate is valid for 3 years, after which recertification is required. Please see the EPI Recertification Program for available options.

CTDC – Certified TIA-942 Design Consultant
Intended Audience:
The primary audience for this course are professionals involved with designing, building, maintaining and operating mission critical data centres and those who wish to attend the CTIA® (Certified TIA-942 Internal Auditor) course.
Exam:
The 90 min closed-book certification exam consists of 60 multiple-choice questions. Candidates must achieve a minimum of 50 correct answers to pass the exam. Attendees who successfully pass the exam will receive the official ‘Certified TIA-942 Design Consultant’ (CTDC®) Certificate.
The CTDC certificate is valid for 3 years, after which recertification is required. Please see the EPI Recertification Program for available options.

CITO – Certified Information Technology Operator
Intended Audience:
This course is most suited for aspiring and existing IT professionals from entry level up to two years of actual working experience in IT, with basic knowledge of (operating) systems, network and/or applications, and service desk operations. It is also suited for people who are changing careers and entering the IT professional world.
Exam:
The CITO© exam is a 60-minute closed book exam, with 40 multiple-choice questions. The candidate requires a minimum of 26 correct answers to pass the exam. Attendees passing the exam will be awarded the internationally accredited and recognized ‘Certified IT Operator’ certificate (CITO©).
The CITO© certificate is valid for 3 years, after which recertification is required. Please see the EPI Recertification Program for available options.

CDRP – Certified Data Centre Risk Professional
Intended Audience:
The primary audience for this course is an IT, Facilities or Data Centre Operations professional working in and around the data centre (representing both end-customers and/or service provider/facilitators) and having responsibility to achieve and improve hi-availability and manageability of the Data Centre, such as: Data centre managers, Operations / Floor / Facility managers, IT managers, Information security managers, Security professionals, Auditors / Risk Managers / Professionals responsible for IT/corporate governance.
Exam:
Attendees will take a 1 hour Certified Data Centre Risk Professional exam. The exam is 40 questions, closed book and multiple-choice based. The passing mark is 27 out of 40. Attendees passing the exam will be awarded the internationally accredited and recognized ‘Certified Data Centre Risk Professional’ certificate (CDRP).
The CDRP certificate is valid for 3 years, after which recertification is required. Please see the EPI Recertification Program for available options.

CITM – Certified Information Technology Manager
The CITM© is most suited for seasoned IT professionals who have a need to understand the requirements and core competences for managing IT in mission-critical environments. It is best suited for participants who have between two and four years of actual working experience in IT, with knowledge of systems, network and/or applications, service desk operations and/or IT professionals working in the position of team leader/supervisor/manager in any area of IT. This includes those individuals working in the field of sales and consultancy with solution providers.
Exam:
The CITM© exam is a 75-minute closed-book exam, with 50 multiple-choice questions. The candidate requires a minimum of 33 correct answers to pass the exam. Candidates who successfully pass the exam will receive the official ‘Certified Information Technology Manager’ certificate (CITM©).

Q. How do I reserve a place on a training course?

Q. How long will my registration last before it expires?
A. Ingenium will hold your registration for 14 days, by which time your registration needs to be confirmed with payment.
Q. It may take my organisation longer than 14 days to provide approvals, how do I extend my registration?
A. Registrations are not extended automatically. Ingenium will extend your registration for an increased payment period upon request via email to courses@ingeniumgroup.net.au Note that attendance at a course requires payment in advance.
Q. Does Ingenium offer credit card payment facilities?
A. Yes, using Visa and MasterCard. Please note that payment via credit card incurs a 2.25% transaction fee.
Q. Can I pay via direct bank transfer?
A. Yes, bank transfer details are included on our invoices.
Q. Why do I need to register my details with EXIN?
A. EXIN requires you to register your personal details with them to be able to identify you to support the administrative processes associated with their worldwide certification of your training.

A. Yes.
Q. We are planning to migrate our ICT infrastructure and services to an alternate datacentre; can Ingenium assist in in this activity?
A. Yes, Ingenium can provide in-house management and technical resources to assist in a datacentre migration. Or, Ingenium can provide a complete service as a contractor to plan, manage and undertake the datacentre migration and conduct a controlled transition for your organisation.
